Canceling my plan

In this article, we will show you how to cancel your paid subscription. To do that you will need to log into your MicroChat panel.

How to cancel your paid plan

Firstly, select Bill & Plan from the list of menus available on the left side of your Microchat panel.

Once you’re in the Bill & Plan menu, Select the Plan tab and downgrade your subscription to Free to stop any further billing.

Make sure that you’ve done the following step as well:

• Remove the code from your website if you wish to stop using MicroChat.
