Unable to login
This article explains what to do if you cannot log in to your Microchat admin panel.
In the most common cases, using the incorrect email address or password stops you from logging in to your Microchat panel. This is why it is important to check if your login credentials are correct and valid.
Forgotten Password
If you forget your password to log in to your Microchat admin panel, you can request a new password on our password recovery page.
Just enter your register email and click on the ‘Reset‘ button. We’ll send you a link to reset your password so you can log into your Microchat account.
If you requested the password reset link but do not see it in your mailbox – please, check the spam/junk folder as well. If the email isn’t visible even in the spam folder of your mailbox, contact our support via chat on your https://microchat.io/ website or send us an email to support@microchatcontact.zohodesk.com with the email to which you requested a new password. We will check whether the email address exists in our database and if possible, we will send you the link manually.
Wrong Email Address
If you forget your login email address, contact us via email or chat and we’ll send you the address you linked with your Microchat account. We’ll also need your website URL so that we know we are sending the email address to the right person.
