Getting started

At the start, it could be overwhelming to explore a new product. We wanted to give you some head start to start with the basics and then slowly explore the features at your phase.

1. Remaining Task

There are remaining task section in thedahsboard once you login.

3. Upgrade

Install our widget takes users to widget installation script section where you can copy and paste the script

Set timezone and working hours allows you to set timezone and working hours so that chatbot operates based on your timzeone and working hours.

Upgrade is encouraged to benefit from the full features of the bot.

2. Leads

On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you can find Leads anaylytcs. This indicates how many leads are captured from chatbot daily basis.

3. Upgrade

Uprade allows you to enjoy more sessions and more active live agents. This is something definitely you like to do after a few weeks’ of trials.
